Overview of the coagulation sedimentation treatment method.

Keeping in mind the water treatment equipment for intrusion. This briefly describes the principles, features, and operational factors, etc.

This document provides an overview of the "Coagulation and Sedimentation Treatment Method." In wastewater treatment methods, the core components are biological treatment and physicochemical treatment, with this treatment method being widely adopted in physicochemical processes. I believe that there are very few people who do not have a practical understanding of coagulation and sedimentation, but when poor treatment conditions persist, it is necessary to return to the principles and reconsider the situation. In such cases, please make use of this document. [Contents (partial)] ■1. Overview ■2. Mechanism of action through inorganic coagulation reactions, chemical reactions, and physicochemical reactions ・(1) Chemical bonding reactions ・(2) Physical adsorption reactions ■3. Chemicals used, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Bentonite Slurry Treatment Generated from Slope Reinforcement Work <Ishikawa Prefecture>

A case where aggregation and sedimentation were combined in a notch tank, allowing for space-saving treatment.

We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Aqua Nature Plus (PLS-ST01)" in the construction industry. We wanted to minimize costs for the treatment equipment and avoid the use of hazardous substances. After the introduction, the use of caustic soda (hazardous substance) became unnecessary, and with just a notch tank, submersible pump, and piping materials, we were able to set up the equipment, significantly reducing the initial costs. [Challenges] ■ There is almost no space for equipment installation ■ We want to avoid the use of hazardous substances ■ We want to process as simply and quickly as possible ■ We want to minimize costs for the treatment equipment *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
